Returns Policy

We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Just let us know and we will provide a return address and a replacement or refund as preferred.

Our Returns Policy timeframe is 30 days from when an order arrives at your address.

REFUND & EXCHANGES STEPS:

Step 1: Contact us by submitting a ticket to us assist you with your return procedure.

Step 2: Indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason. We will get back to you within 24 hours.

Step 3: After receiving return instructions from us, please package the item(s) up and keep the items in good condition and well packaged. Send the package and provide your return tracking number for us.

Step 4: Keep tracking of the logistic info, once it has been delivered successfully, please kindly inform us so that we could arrange the refund for you as soon as possible/

Step 5: Normally please allow 5 - 7 business days for transit, plus an additional 7 - 10 business days for processing after arrival at our Fulfillment Center. You will receive a notification email once we process your refund.

NOTES:

1. The original shipping fee and shipping charges on returns are non-refundable.

2. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that's worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

3. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

4. Please do not make returns directly to the address on the package received. Only send to the address that our customer service provided.
