At Hethara Skincare, we take pride in offering products of the highest quality. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
1. Eligibility
- Returns and exchanges are accepted for unused, sealed, and undamaged products within 14 days from the purchase date.
- Refunds will be processed within 2–5 working days once approved.
2. How to Request a Return or Exchange
Please send an email to client.services@Hethara.com including the following details:
- Your order number
- Your full name
- Your phone number
- Details of your request (return, exchange, refund, or cancellation)
- A clear photo of the invoice and products received
3. Responsibility for Shipping
- Customers are responsible for shipping and handling fees for returns and exchanges.
- Exception: If you received a damaged or incorrect item, Hethara will cover all shipping and handling costs.
4. Refunds
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Processing time for returns is up to 21 working days from the date the return is received at our facility.
5. Promotions & Discounts
- If you return an item purchased during a promotion, discount, or free shipping offer, only the paid value of the item will be refunded, excluding shipping fees.
