Stainless Steel Gua Sha

A five-minute ritual that changes how your serums work. Gua Sha is a traditional East Asian technique practised for centuries to stimulate circulation and release tension. In modern skincare it has become a gentle facial massage with a smooth, weighted tool — one that contours, de-puffs and helps your products absorb properly instead of sitting on the surface.

Ours is solid stainless steel rather than stone. It stays cool against the skin, has no porous surface to trap bacteria, and will not chip or crack if dropped.

What it does

How to use

1. Start on clean skin. Apply a few drops of facial oil or serum — never use Gua Sha on dry skin, as it needs slip to glide safely.
2. Hold the tool flat against the skin at roughly a 15° angle.
3. Glide gently upward and outward along the natural contours: jawline, cheeks, brows, forehead, then down the neck.
4. Use slow strokes in one direction only — never back and forth.
5. Repeat each stroke three to five times per area.

Use three to five times a week for five to ten minutes. Light pressure is enough — this is not a deep-tissue massage.

Care

Wash with soap and warm water after each use and dry thoroughly. Store somewhere dry. For an extra de-puffing effect, keep it in the fridge.

طريقة الاستخدام

1. ابدئي على بشرة نظيفة مع بضع قطرات من السيروم أو الزيت — لا تستخدميه أبداً على بشرة جافة.
2. أمسكي الأداة مسطحة بزاوية 15 درجة تقريباً.
3. حرّكيها بلطف لأعلى وللخارج: خط الفك، الخدود، الحاجبين، الجبهة، ثم الرقبة.
4. حركات بطيئة في اتجاه واحد فقط — ليس ذهاباً وإياباً.
5. كرري كل حركة من 3 إلى 5 مرات لكل منطقة.

تُستخدم 3–5 مرات أسبوعياً لمدة 5–10 دقائق. الضغط الخفيف كافٍ.

العناية بالأداة

تُغسل بالصابون والماء الدافئ بعد كل استخدام وتُجفف جيداً. لتأثير إضافي ضد الانتفاخ، احفظيها في الثلاجة.
